I think this is worth repeating. Not only do not all the teams offer support and instead defer to #ubuntu (#ubuntu-us will offer support if people happen to be around and know the answer, but the focus of the channel is coordination between and mentorship for US Teams so we tend to forward people along to #ubuntu), but some teams are simply too small to offer adequate support. Imagine how frustrating it would be for a user to join a localized channel that has no one available to help, or even say hello, as frustrating as it is to join the crowded #ubuntu channel and feel ignored, the quiet localized channel might give the impression that Ubuntu support via IRC is unavailable. -- Elizabeth Krumbach // Lyz // pleia2 http://www.princessleia.com -- loco-contacts mailing list loco-contacts@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/loco-contacts
