I think this is the preferred solution but I don't really see it "overriding" the LP Display name. Instead it just shows the location data on http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ in a more discoverable, translatable way, rather than just pulling title strings from LP. Whether this be on a map or by an ordered list I think this should be based on Country, Region and City as defined as new proposed fields in the LoCo directory.
