I think this is the preferred solution but I don't really see it
"overriding" the LP Display name.

Instead it just shows the location data on
http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ in a more discoverable, translatable
way, rather than just pulling title strings from LP. Whether this be
on a map or by an ordered list I think this should be based on
Country, Region and City as defined as new proposed fields in the LoCo
directory.

And I don't see this as anything but *helpful* to local language - if
you're not defining everything in a static string pulled from
launchpad it makes it available for translation in a
translations-enabled loco directory.
