so I believe it made sense to use helper variables for both of them.
To avoid some uncommon variable name for struct device I first replaced
existing dev variable with pdev.

of node for reclaim so it's pointless to show it as kilobytes.
As well, node_pages_scanned is per-node value, not per-zone.
This patch changes node_pages_scannerd per-zone-killobytes

When doing a create (mkdir/mknod) on a name, it's worth
checking the name exists first before returning EACCES in case
the directory is not writeable by the user.
This makes return values on the client more consistent

When we offline a node, the new page should alloced from other
nodes instead of the current node, because re-migrate is a waste of

This patch adds support pmem on arm64 platform. The limitation of
current implementation is that the persistency of pmem on NVDIMM
is not guaranteed on arm64 yet.
