work-around to use: \once \override Arpeggio.positions = #'(-3 . 2)

I appreciate your patience! I'm an experienced score writer, but very much a
novice using markup language!
My problem was i did not use \consists "Span_arpeggio_engraver" in the right
context. (i did not use the \with and parenthesis correctly)
