Is there a 'simple' way to get a fermata over the breathe comma? I.E. I
suspect that using an s32 might MIGHT work but then in compiling lily
thinks the measure count is all screwed up.

As a former librarian, I know that creating indexes is a total pain and

I remember that there is a way to label the instruments with an abreviation on
every system but I can't find it now in the 2.10.x manual which means I can't
figure out what it must be called to be able to find it.
