I'm using Lilypond windows version via cygwin. I've few questions and
comments about it (I'm sorry for not checking, if these features are
available in newer linux versions).
1. It is impossible to specify vertical possition of multimesure rest.
Positioned rests (\rest) can't be centere

I'm running into a small difficulty with lyrics in running into the barlines (I'm using StaffGroup). Most of the time there is no problem, but occasionally I have a slighly longer word that will run into the bar line. Is there any way to move the bar line over? Or some other kind of fix?

This (2.2.23) is unclear to me:
7.5.10 paper size
To change the paper size, there are two commands,
#(set-default-paper-size "a4")
\layout{
#(set-paper-size "a4")
}
The second one sets the size of the |\layout| block that it is in
