Wildcard is a simplification of Regex, While regex has a very strong
mathematical background wildcards are much simpler:

You'll have to distinct Regex from wildcards.
Wildcards are תו־כל or תווי בחירה.
Regex are ביטויים רגולריים and although they look somewhat similar they are
quite different.

It's an HTML entity representation of the "&" (ampersand) symbol, In Hebrew
we don't use that so we just remove it completely and replace it with the
appropriate alternative.

I personally prefer contributing to LibreOffice which is currently 100%,
