Jim thanks for your 2 cents, you have a lot of good points, I know for many years I have sat back and not answered the KX-T questions, I sit back and think why I don't, and all I can tell you is that I service over 4000 customers and have over 2200 Panasonic systems that my company service

You might consider calling the dealer back and asking how much 1 hour of training on the system would run, Or price out 2 or 3 dealers, I offer new customers 1st visit training for $50.00, After 1 hour most office can do all the changes needed in speed dial, programming buttons, changing names,
