I noticed the thread several weeks ago regarding KX-TD1232 and daylight savings time and meant to follow up. I wasn't aware that the system could synch its clock with an outside source. Is this possible with the system and the phone lines that we have? If so, how? KX-TD1232-4 KX-TVS200 Six anal

Thanks, I'll look into the cost and see if it's worth it, as we don't really have another use for caller ID. How are timezones and daylight savings handled? Is it configured on the phone line so that local time is sent, or is there a place in the KX-TD1232 to set the timezone? Jim - Ori

Yes, it's a common problem, here's why: Every call made through the phone company's analog lines is attenuated by a certain amount (I think it's 3db, but I don't recall completely). That amount helps normal calls to sound better (in theory). So when you make a conf call through the ksu, you have t
