WOW!! What's up with the analog 824 system not answering incoming calls immediately, I have 2 customers right now who are forcing me to remove the system because when they grab the phone and say "hello" they always have to say hello a 2nd time because it takes that long to connect. Hard point to

I will try enabling the Ring Delay for 5 seconds and see if that "masks" the issue. Amazing to me that Pana. tech support, though they acknowledge the problem, would not make the same suggestion with given the pressure we have put on them. Thanks much for the help. Nick Strategic Home Media
