WOW!! What's up with the analog 824 system not answering incoming calls immediately, I have 2 customers right now who are forcing me to remove the system because when they grab the phone and say "hello" they always have to say hello a 2nd time because it takes that long to connect. Hard point to argue, thats for sure.
