KX-T: Voice Mail Not Answering

2003-01-08 Thread Richard C. McCoy Jr., R.Ph.
I needed to restore most of my settings on my KXTD1232-3, due to my mistake. I've restored most everything, expect one thing. I also have a TVS50, and during the day I have the TVS50 answer when we don't answer the lines after 6 rings. Now it is not happening, I' m using Programator. Rick McC

I have recently installed a KXTD-1232 and TVS50 and am growing increasingly frustrated with not being able to get the Auto-Attendant function operating. I have everyone's voice mail boxes working correctly, but just can't figure this part out. Can someone walk me through the steps in configur

CONS: *You have to dial a 9 pause before every number (some clients have trouble accepting this). *It uses an extension port that can be used for a phone, fax-detection is useless on a system no utilizing Auto-attendant. *You can use DIL, but then this takes up an incoming co line. *Some faxes

Always doing the impossible... i need to set up a kxtd to do "hot line" dialing. of course, using an extension and doing "pud" is easy. BUT i need about four co lines that- 1. ring on incoming calls (like real lines) 2. dial a ten digit number when picked up. operation- imagine an accounting

An external dialer on the co seems to be the best idea. Hot shot dialers would be my suggestion. Other choice would be to program a speed dial button, the one right above the co line, so it grabs only that co and dials the number. Limited by the number of trunk groups available. Charles - O
