try putting each phone into 1 UCD group with the overflow
destination of that group to the next UCD group etc,,etc
you will have to go to program 990 and search through the
bits one that allows all phones in a UCD group to log off
and set it to enable , another bit will allow calls to ring
at a phone if it is forwarded to VM etc. We set uo a
customer where they wanted all calls to start at lets say
extension 101 then go to extension 105 then to ext 107 and
that is how we acomplished it. The only thing you have to
make sure that the client logs off thgere phone or else it
will still ring there for lets say3 rings before going to
the next. There is also a bit in 990 where you can adjust
the # of rings it takes a bit of playing around....you will
also need Version 5 firmware. Also you are limited to the
amount of phones by the # of UCD Groups.
