Just to clarify, the tvs has a setting for the operator extension AND the operator mailbox. I usually leave the operator extension as 0, then it uses what ever ext. number you set as operator in the ksu. But the tvs has 998 as the default operator BOX. That can be changed to the number of the op

Correct. The programming engineers seem to want you to use box 998 and specify an operator's extension. It *will*, then, light the light on that extension, but the specified operator extension cannot own any other (personal) mailbox. I do not like the "General Delivery Mailbox" and avoid any us
