We have a KX/TD-1232 and TVS200. The start of the company greeting is getting cut off so callers frequently only hear "..nk you for calling..." or even just "...you for calling...". We've tried adding some delay between the 'start recording' tone and when we start speaking the message, but this d

Ameritech in my area does... I was talking to them today about pricing. I was figuring on one-way (incoming) then they asked me if I needed one-way or two-way. Thus the reason for this discussion. If it actually can support two-way, then it changes the whole way I was going to do this ins

Mark, I have a KX-TD185 module installed in my 1232, and it would APPEAR that it supports 2-way DID. The programming supplement has info on it and the programming locations seem to exist. It lets me set the outgoing format to Immediate or Wink start and the Wink Timeout value. In theory it wou

Well, Yes it can... but you will lose MANY MANY MANY features, and programming it will be very disappointing. You can set up some features through the terminal, but every time you want to check a message or record any greetings you will need to call your other phone line to get into the system!
