Well, Yes it can... but you will lose MANY MANY MANY features, and programming it will be very disappointing.
You can set up some features through the terminal, but every time you want to check a message or record any greetings you will need to call your other phone line to get into the system! You would be better off considering a small phone system for your home, or go back to a 2 line answering machine. Can the unit be connected to regular, analog, home telephone lines? I realize, I won't be able to take advantage of many of the features the system offers. But can I connect it to two home business lines and get it to operate as a voice answering system? > > Your assistance is greatly appreciated. > > JohnJ > > > multipart/alternative > text/plain (text body -- kept) > text/html > _________________________________________________________________ > KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ > Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt > > _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
