We have a KX/TD-1232 and TVS200. The start of the company greeting is getting cut off so callers frequently only hear "..nk you for calling..." or even just "...you for calling...". We've tried adding some delay between the 'start recording' tone and when we start speaking the message, but this doesn't change anything. The message sounds fine when we play it back after recording.
Short of adding a few coughs or grunts at the beginning of the message, does anyone know of a way to ensure that callers will hear the entire message? The problem seems worse when calling from cell phones, but happens on land line calls as well.
