When into 998 - Changed voice prompt 248, 249, 250. However, when you call it still uses the previous recorded prompt. If you go into change the prompt it plays the new prompt. cut the power, disconnected the tele line from the 1232. Reconnected everything. Still uses the old custom prompt.

Make sure you are set to User 1 - not System. When you change / turn off prompts, you have to be in a User setting. The System setting will always play the "computer voice" prompts. Phil multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html __
