Greetings:

I have created a UCD that ques to DISA, plays OGM (your call is important,
and will be answered by the next available representative) and then
terminates to the first available extension.  It works very well except for
the fact that I can not transfer a call into the UCD - I can only place a
caller into it from a DIL arrangement.  How can I transfer a caller to a
UCD?

I'm also having trouble with the next step, where the caller is given the
option (from the OGM) to leave a voice mail.  Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
