mgr extension is programmed in 106 opr1, opr2 and mgr
opr and mgr can enter sys [pgm] *#
any station can do mgr pgm with [pgm] **

set up an alternate manager also. It would check these settings in
programming, if ypu can get it. Otherwise log on with a laptop.
