She has to be at the Manager's extension, X101 to do COS changes.  You can
set up an alternate manager also.  It would check these settings in
programming, if ypu can get it. Otherwise log on with a laptop.

I installed a KX-TD816 for a non-profit, and gave the manager there
program access so she can turn on and off toll restriction on various
phones at various times.  She's been doing this for years, with their
old Mitel SX-10 too, so she knows what she's doing.

Suddenly, she reports that she can't get in to Program mode.  As soon
as she presses the "PGM" button on her phone, it beeps and says "Not
Valid".

I tried having her reboot the system and this didn't help.  Maybe she
accidentally made some change that took away her own access?

Any ideas?
