Yes, try dialing 82 instead of 9 The 624 lets you group the co's into different trunk groups, but the default puts co1 in group 1, co2 in group 2, etc. (program code 404). If 82 doesn't get you the response you want, then the groups may have been modified and may need to be reprogrammed. Charles

A quess, most pano's also have trunk groups. So 81 should select co1. 82 selects co 2, up to 88. Also there should be settings for "co outgoing" day and night that will allow you to set the port you are dialing out on to only select the co's that are "enabled" (when dialing 9). BTW- 81 thr
