A quess, most pano's also have trunk groups.  So 81 should select co1. 
82 selects co 2, up to 88.   Also there should be settings for "co 
outgoing" day and night that will allow you to set the port you are 
dialing out on to only select the co's that are "enabled" (when dialing 
9).   BTW- 81 thru 88 would replace the 9 on making an outgoing calls.
