Unfortunately, the KX-TD816AL system only supports Caller ID on ISDN
lines.
The only Australian systems that support Caller ID on PSTN lines are
the:
KX
T: KX-TD816 Caller ID
If this were a US version the answer would be; Yes you would need a
caller-id card for the kxtd-816 in order to show the CID info on the
Proprietary phones. My guess is unless it came with a CID card built-in
(which you can check for by opening the cover and looking for empty
hones I am using are
the KX-T7433 display phones, and all are set to ring on incoming calls.
