http://www.zylox.com has a useful app: Offline Commander. It allows one to
mirror a web or ftp site pretty quickly. Well worth the cost.

I have two caller id boxes:
One is a Crestron CNXTA and is outputting local call caller id data with
last four digits of phone number as null. All other calls such as 800
numbers, long distance, etc display number data correctly.
Rochelle unit is displaying all numbers no matter what the origin is
think that the answer to a lot of problems would be to banish

I never use Linksys routers anymore.
I was hacked through a Linksys router with no port forwarding, cost me a
fair amount of money...
I only swear by Netscreen firewall/routers now.

Try turning the BGM off on each phone set. BGM is back ground music.
I believe it is button 1 on keypad while handset is hung up.
I imagine if you plugged an audio source into the side of the KXTD816-6 that
you would hear music at each phone.

Try this device. I have implemented this twice. Just pay attention to the
dip switches.
So you would hook output from device to KSU as two different COs.

The end result is a small black box about 3.5" x 5" x 1", with 2 RS-232

Or any features can be formated to work in a PocketPC.
What variation do you vote on?

It is one of a suite of similar interfacing products on the way.

,
just like you can't "VTR" to a mailbox that has a mbx number that does not
appear as a station or phantom in the td programming - the mw light might
also have to be associated with a valid ext number in order to work
correctly.
let me know what happens - JOEL WEISER
