just playing a hunch ......

if the mailboxes you are programming mw lights for have mbx numbers that do
not exist as a station number in the actual td 1232 program, ( like 200,
280,281, etc), then try assigning those numbers that you used for the mbxs
as phantom exts in the td1232,

just like you can't "VTR" to a mailbox that has a mbx number that does not
appear as a station or phantom in the td programming - the mw light might
also have to be associated with a valid ext number in order to work
correctly.
