Thanks Ross,

No, it's definitely a point of getting my PBX to send the right number.
Using the trunk group selection I can get it to send different numbers.
Now, having the provider send out the right text string when receiving a
number is a different matter.

Will the IC19 chip make any improvement when calls come in and go out on
a PRI line (KX-TD290)?
The situation is we have a customer calling in, we then call and
conference in a remote consultant. Sometimes the remote consultant
cannot hear the customer (original caller).

Is it possible to route an incoming call based on the incoming caller ID?
For example to an extension or voicemailbox.
If possible, how would one do that?

what is wanted. Also, because the programmable minimum Intercept Routing

Have I missed some way to program what we want?

With KX-T7130?

With dual KX-TD1232 cabinets, we have the potential of 120 or so extensions and
we are getting close to reaching the 64 mail box limit.

This is probably too simple a question for this group, but here goes.
In the old days before upgrading from the KX-T1232 (12 plain copper CO lines)
to our KX-TD1232 with a KX-TD290 PRI module, we used to have an answering
machine connected to the CO01 line (company main number), and an amp and

Skimming through messages I saw hope that there might be a way to
increase volume to third party and/or incoming call forwarded to an
outside line if you have a PRI.

Looks like the maximum number of incoming Caller ID digits that the
system will output is 11 digits.
Examples:
12345678901 Jimmy Blow
12345678901
This is a problem when receiving overseas calls.
Does later firmware like KX-TD1232-7 handle this?

Big size due to the fact that it includes files needed to run it

Obviously the serial cable must be in place between the KX-TD1232 and the
