KX-TD1232, PRI line.

Our set-up used to be all incoming calls DID to a UCD group (8 - ext
294) with only one member (receptionist) and using DISA OGM's to make up
a queuing system, with music-on-hold. This worked fine.

I now have to find a way to make it work it this way:
If the receptionist is busy, another extension is to get the call, and
only if that other extension is busy, or do not answer, is the call to
go into the queuing system. (Basically an "overflow" receptionist.)

My first thought was to just add the second extension to the UCD group.
However, that makes incoming calls alternate between the two extensions,
and we do not want that. Calls should only go to (ring) on the second
extension if the first is busy or doesn't answer.

My next idea was to have incoming calls go to the first extension, and
program that to B/NA to the next extension, and program that to B/NA to
the UCD queue (ext 294). However, the system does not accept 294 as a
valid extension to forward to.

I have now programmed it so that the two extensions are in the same ring
group (phantom ext 195) which all incoming calls go to. I then
programmed the incoming calls trunk group for Intercept Routing to ext
294. This works, but of course now both extensions rings, which is not
what is wanted. Also, because the programmable minimum Intercept Routing
rings are 3, it takes about 5 rings before a call finally reaches the
queue.

Have I missed some way to program what we want?
