Hello All- I need advice on freeing up more extension numbers in the 1xx
block. I think extension 165 to 188 is for the T-1, can I "trick" the
system by adding an asterick to the front of those to free them up?

Hello All- I have a 624 put in recently and I notice when a call comes
in that all dss buttons light up at a given phone, then extinguish when
call is answered. All phones are programmed to ring all lines. Customer
asked me why and I said I'll find the answer, well- I'm looking! Thanks

Tony - i do not know the voice mail system but it could be your v.m. port is
not programmed properly and is going off hook for some function and
triggering the paired station intercom to light up. maybe someone on the
list can tell you if this v.m. works off the x.d.p. portion of a station?
