Go into additional field programming 990, Sys 01 Bit 3 (third one from the right on the display phone) Change it from 0 to 1, that should work. The default timer settings should not have to be changed. If this doesn't work, use a single line set on the CO line and test this to be sure it's worki

We have made progress since the last post. I disabled the ext. group 1, which is essentially all extentions but the VM ports. We are now getting a busy signal when intercomming an ext. in use. We are not there yet, though, because we need to have the busy ext. user aware that they are being paged/
