Hello All, I have a customer who just got call waiting from the local phone company. Whenever the call comes in and they hit the flash key, the first call is disconnected and not put on hold. I looked it up in the manual and it doesn’t say to do anything else. Does anyone know anything that would be causing this? It is on all phones connected to the system. (System TD1232 with ~20 extensions). Thanks, -Tim
