When I have done the bodywork on my Kr I've got the best results by mixing
resin and micro ballons (no matter what epoxy-resin you use)at first, to a
very dry mixture(no chance to squeeze on to the surface). Then add "household-
alcohol"(in germany it is called Spititus-about 90-95% alcohol)to g

Maybe. I didn't, but then I didn't think of it. My fix may have been
better if I had.

I had a similar dent on the tip of my spinner. I rounded the end of a
hardwood dowel and tapped it from the inside, gently, with a hammer.
Better, but not perfect.

If someone could give me a crash (poor choice) course in cutting out an
aluminum spinner to accommodate a composite prop, I'll be most appreciative.
The spinner (SN-4) is from the Aircraft Spruce catalog, page 179 in
2009-2010 catalog, and the prop is a Prince 52-48 composite for a VW1835
engine.
Take pictures of what you have and send them to me. If I don't know what they
are, I will post them on KRBuilder.org for others to have a shot at, for you.
