"Is any of it any good"
I started my project with the original Safety Poxy and loved the color and
smell. Then came Safety Poxy II and it was ok but eventually it went away too.
The only issue I had with these two was mixing them required a little work and
you were always concerned did I mix

I'm partial to Aeropoxy, and you have the PH3660/PR2032 resin that I built
my plane with. As long as the hardener hasn't turned brown, I'd probably
use it. If
Hello guys.
I know there have been some good info poster on resins, but I now find myself
in need of some of the knowledge. I have the following that came with a
project I purchased and don't know how old the resins are. I have a gallon of
west system 105 w/pump, it flows freely.
I have used about 4 gallons of Aeropoxy and a couple of gallons of West
System epoxy for laminating in the last 8 months. Aeropoxy will give you
a longer pot life and significantly longer open time on the layup, even
during the summer months. The new tail on my KR was built with mostly
Aeropoxy.
I have stayed out of the West System discussion -- But , I had tried
some samples for wood and was not happy with the results. I have used the
West System for all glass on 357CJ. I liked using the pumps for the
mixture it wet out glass as well as carbon fiber just fine. I used it for
all flox and
Hi Netters,
Ok so I have figured out that I am going to go with the T-88 for
strucual epoxy...but what about for composite epoxies? Who's using what? What's
best? Poly Poxy was brought up. As far as spar lengthI plan on using the

airfoil for the inner spars someone was sayi

Aero Poxy appears very good. It has a room temp (77 degree) delink
temp of 180+ degrees.
>Who's using what?
I have been quite happy with EZ Poxy, but I will be shifting to Aero Poxy.

I have used West System for fiberglas layups and T88 for wood to wood. I have
tested the wood joints made using T88 to destruction and the wood always fails
before the glue. Not so when I used the West System.
