I am hoping to be able to land and takeoff my AIRBUGGY by my dads house like
Mark L does. For those who have larger engines, what do you think your takoff
distance would be off of a grass field and be able to easily make it over 60 to
70 feet tall trees? Thanks for your help I would like to know

As no one else has posted I'll throw out some numbers for you
to cons
I have a standard KR2 with a Jabiru 2200 80 HP engine, over prop'ed and I
was solo at about 780lbs.
In a real life experience situation I have landed over 60ft +/- trees on to
2500ft of runway, landing was my issue and I stopped 100ft short of the end
fence (won't do that again). Taking off was o

You guys are making me nervous, as I'm going to fly into Allison, Iowa's
1790' grass runway on Wednesday to see John Backer. No trees on either end,
so it should be easy enough, but with trees on both ends, I wouldn't even
consider it.
Nexrad weather is installed, and it is SWEET! Hopefully I
