I'm in the lurking stage considering a KR-2S. Not trying to argue with you Mark but if I remember right my KR2S plans say for a larger cockpit than the KR2. I will be looking at those plans real soon to double check. I have the 1992 S plans. Off the topic but... are there any tricks to the boat with the plywood already installed to re
