Just find somebody that will get on the insurance as named Pilot that has a
bunch of time if the airplanes not flying it doesn’t matter he’s not liable no
matter what you just have to make sure if somebody is flying the airplane that
they have the qualifications

Since the plane is in license builders coverage may not work. I was an
aviation insurance underwriter for 35 years.
You may end up moving it off of the airport to solve this problem.
