Call Falcon Insurance.  866-750-8722  As long as you have NOT done any taxi
testing, they will sell you coverage for "building" which will cover your
hangar liability problem.  It ran about $250 a year.  We needed this same
policy here in St. Charles MO at KSET..  Give them a call and see what they
have to say..  Again, as long as you tell them NO taxi testing has been
done they should write you the builders policy..  Good luck.
