It has been a few years, but I was able to satisfy the airport manager with
just hull insurance. It covered the aircraft while on the ground and in the
hanger. You might ask about it. It was a LOT cheaper.

Got a quote thrum EAA / Falcon, general liability and ground testing:
$1600 / year. Once flying: $1900/year.
