Hi guys
Many thanks for your replies. Especially the reply from Larry. I was a bit
concerned that the adhesion was important, as long as the foam stays in place
long enough to sand & glass & is easy to sand. The most important is the the
adhesion of the glass to spars.
Many thanks to all th

Why note use a good polyurethane glue? Like Gorilla Glue, or Excel One, or
even Elmer's Poly Glue? No mixing, and won't eat the foam.

Guys,
I am in the process of glueing the foam to the spars, wing leading & trailing
edge, tail feathers, etc. I have made the main wing planks in a sandwich & they
are floxed in placed. Now I want to do the leading & trailing edge & the tail
feathers.
What is the preferred process to attach
...the foam has to be held in place only temporarily. After the
fiberglass is laid over the outside the attachment becomes permanent. The
hot glue works fine; and you use only dabs and strips. Do not coat the whole
surface.just tack it in place.below the sanding line.
