So I paid my new membership dues to EAA and they sent me a link to my digital
membership card... when I click on the link Larry Flesner's membership card
shows up. At least it was a KR guy and not an RV guy.

I joined the EAA national organization and I'm going to check out the local
chapters, there are 4 of them (64,331,864,1382) in my area but all meeting
places are at least a 30 minute drive for me (one way). I'll probably
contact each group and ask if I could come to a meeting as a guest, if

Take advantage of what the EAA has to offer. The local chapters vary
significantly, as do the tech counselors. Some don't know how to talk anything
but RVs, but that is the exception. Others offer help and experience with
everything from ultralights to warbirds.
