John, your statement is correct.
Cruising at higher altitudes usually creates a situation where you are flying
at a higher Angle of Incidence. Pilots often times incorrectly inter

I think the above statement is incorrect.
The weight of an aircraft and lift required to support it does not change
with altitude. Lift is proportional to airspeed, AoA, density and wing

I was watching Craig’s video and noticed he was planning to just spin his
landing gear to the front side of the spar. As is it will not put the axles far
enough forward, his plane may end up tipsy wanting to fall on its nose with the
Tricycle legs. They are different according to this front page
Here is my story on the Diehl legs on N886MJ. When I was building 6MJ I highly
considered setting it up as a tail dragged. I purchased the gear from an
individual in Rhode Island and actually had everything clamped in place and
almost drilled the holes. Then I got to thinking how nice the KR loo

Very interesting. I have a full size drawing of a 30" gear leg if I

A bunch of years ago a friend of mine wrecked his tail dragger KR that was
built in California. He wanted me to convert it to a Nosedragger/Tricycle Gear.
Both of his landing gear broke about in half. I took these dimensions off of

I have been looking at the Dan Diehl video of Dan fitting skins to a KR1.
Dan says in the video to mount the 32"rib on the end of the outer main spar, so
there is 8 inches from the leading edge (nose) to the centre of the outer main
spar.
But in his printed down load off this web page, Dan says
