If you used a hole saw, why not just flox the small circle you had left
over from the hole saw back on place, then all you will see is a small
circle of flow.
I did that with 5inch hole on the bottom of my fuel tank to fix a leak.

The PO has installed only eight screws (that went into nuts),
the full length of the aileron. The
greatest interval between them was eleven inches. Recognizing afterward that

very secure, he added some small woods screws later. That?s too cheesy for me

May I add.
Rivet the nuts to a piece of aluminium, drill heaps of holes in the
aluminium, the FLOX that with a small nail or pin into the spar, IT will new
move.

Aileron hinge saga continues
Readers of an earlier post will recall that I couldn?t
remove the screws holding my aileron hinges in place, because whatever was
inside the spar, was spinning. Seeing no other way to get
