I cut holes with a one inch hole saw, ------------------- If you used a hole saw, why not just flox the small circle you had left over from the hole saw back on place, then all you will see is a small circle of flow. I did that with 5inch hole on the bottom of my fuel tank to fix a leak. Works great.
