OK, I checked and lubed the cable from end to end and I checked the routing.
It goes from the top center of the panel down to the left side and under the
header tank along the top longeron and out the firewall then up to the top
right side where it connects to the starter. There is no way to run it

I forgot to add " don't be wimpy on the
Dan and other 0-200 pull starter users,
Make sure the starter switch is adjusted properly and that
you are getting full engagement of the starter gears. Mine
was not set up properly when I got the engine and in mere
moments I had ruined some $400 gears in the accessory
