Peter My Glasiar is similar and it uses MSP 42 pull rivets, 4 on each end, 90 dedrees apart. They are listed in ACS catalog and come in different lengths. Hope this helps. Ed

Dan, Try for a low pressure area for your exit. Build an exit ramp on the cowel side above the leading edge of the wing and as far aft as practical. Keep the turns gentle. You may find one outlet will be enough. You may even have to shrink your inlet. Ed

Why not just build a KR-1B? Stretch the fuse, build the wing with the different airfoil [take a pick], maybe install a vair. I've been thinking about this for some time. The plans are a retrofit to an existing KR1, but I think a purpose built 1B would be far superior, sort of a poor man's U-
