Dave, I see no reason not to take a closer look at a 1980 KR. Revmaster's are certainly good engines for this aircraft. I have an annual inspection checklist I will send you separately. I would not add the flaps unless you are dealing with a short runway length at your home airport. I have been

Hi. I'm looking to purchase 1980 KR2 with a revmaster 2100, and I'm looking for information about doing a pre buy inspection. How would you inspection the wing spars? What are other areas to inspect other than general visual inspections? Should I look for a newer KR? This airplane doesn't have
