This looks pretty cool. Being able to see ?commercial traffic. But really, I
don't think I really have to worry about a 747's running into me. I'll stick
with the real ones. ?

Interesting and informative article. I tried to post an email earlier today
with step-by-step instructions and a picture of my setup. Has to be
approved by Admin due to size. It really is easier than even this article
shows. With the correct OTG cable and dongle and Avare ADS-B Pro, you plug
it in
Joe,
I was able to find the attached article. It does include a proper antenna for
this setup.

I tried this evening to post a step-by-step description and one low
resolution picture of my setup. Went to Admin for approval before (if) it
goes on to the thread. If you wish, I will be happy to text you info and
pictures. Sad that I can't seem to share with the group. 806.220.7027

Steve,
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but was yours built with the single

I did pretty much the same as Jeff except I used blind nut which has little
serrations that seat it into the wood and then I also epoxied a small slab of
plywood over it before closing the spar to capture the nut permanently. Then
the 1/4" by 2" eye-bolt goes into the flight bag.

A red letter day in history occurred today. Rolled the KR2S outside, filled her
up with non ethanol fuel, checked fuel flow, pump throttle one time, turned the
key and the Continental O-200 came to life. Sweeet. Ran her for about 30
minutes, I still haven't stop grinning. I took a video on m

This past Saturday 10/17 I went to Chesapeake Ranch Estates, MD50, for their
Open House and Young Eagles Rally with EAA Chapter 478. I was scheduled to
work on the ground keeping paperwork straight and maybe marshal some
airplane parking. My KR-2 is still in Phase 1. We were short on pilots and
Mike,
I have a stock KR-2 cowl that I intended to use as a start for my 2S but

Good day to everyone on the KRNET
Jim, It doesn't matter what you use on the back. What ever you use will still
need to be prep for painting. Keep it simple. : )

Good day to everyone on the KRNET
First of all I would like to mention that I ( like many others I suspect)
rely heavily on the "NET" for guidance on my project and I forgot to thank
those who responded to my recent questions regarding sources for foam.
