I wanted to share a little trick I just figured out that allows the use of
the west systems ratio pumps with the Aeropoxy cans without much
modification. The pump kit comes with three different pumps. The two
smaller pumps are for a 5:1 and 3:1. The issue that comes up is that the

I want to put everyone at ease. I'm not out of pocket on any thing concerning

Dan receive the funds in the same timeframe that I received it from you last
year. I didn't receive the funds or ask for them for that matter until August
of last year which is when the funds were actually needed to pay for items so
if Dan is saying otherwise then that's his deal and frankly I r

I agree with that 100%. I mentioned before that there should be a fee for the
gathering.? We all know everything costs money.? The hosts are donating their
enthusiasm, time and expertise.? It would be wrong to ask them for their money
as well.? Do a budget- snacks, coffee, lunch (the grill worke

They would be cast from 356 then machined. Steel would probably be fine too.
Either way we would need to have them cast or laser cut. They both would need
an additional process for either machining or welding.

Is it possible to lower costs by, for example, buying silkscreen and making
shirts on site, and maybe cook the food there as needed? Could scout food
stores nearby and obtain (rent) a big grill. Must be much cheaper than catering
and attendees can choose their food on the grocery runs, burgers,
I just went to the krgathering.com web page and the 2015 pics are not up (it
just happened so...). So I wanted to look at past ones and clicked on the
oldest two years. The pics are broken links. I vaguely recall asking about
that months ago, offering my time to fix the links, and I very vague

I haven't gone back to update the photos since it was decided to use a

The breakdown for last year is on krgathering.com if anyone would like to see
what is costs for a new gathering location. This did not include the personal
expenses incurred so bear that in mind when considering hosting. My. Vernon is

I have always made a generous contribution to the HAT, in the past.
However, I have never in the past paid fees to attend. I prefer the "HAT",
but either way is good for me, but do we really need to pay fees and pass
the hat?
