KR> 3-4 blade props for VW/Jabiru?

Hi All, Getting way ahead of myself here, but back in the day (way back) I recall RR supplied a 3-blade ground adjustable prop. I thought it looked really cool. I'm sure that on balance, a simple, light weight 2 blade wooden prop is by far the best option. But just for the heck of it, thought I'

KRnetHeads, I flew two hours yesterday afternoon, and was going to sit it out and do some things on the plane today. But an hour before sunset I was done with what I was going to do, and decided to fly anyway. One of the tests I was going to do tomorrow was fly it without a generator. My iE

The Glasair line does use a center section standpipe for a capacitive probe. I don't necessarily have a picture of your tank configuration, but why not put a flange in the side wall of the fuel tank and mount the probe there? Mine were done that way with the probe bent up towards the top of t

Not a good plan. That will only lead to your plane staying where you store it. The KR is not designed for that purpose. It could take up to an hour or maybe as little as 20 minutes, depending on how good the mating is. However, I do believe that fuel in the wings is a very good plan. See N64K

Hi All, If I build a KR1 (likely) how long can I expect it to take to remove the wings and then re-install at the airport? I do plan for fuel in the wings, guess that would have to be drained each time.
