There's still no bids on the TruTrak ADI below. It's well worth $600 or
a bit more. I'd go as high as $800 for one that's been treated as nicely
as this one appears to have been treated. Actually, I don't think anyone

I know prop numbers don't exactly correspond between differing
manufacturers but it's hard to imagine someone's numbers are so far off
that 48" pitch would be considered a good cruise prop. The Sterba 52 x

Wrong airplane for your field. Way to short. You will need an ultralight
to take off and land in this field.

Speaking of artificial horizons, my turn and bank indicator has been making

I am working on my HS at the moment as well.
This is the link to my construction page (which will be updated in the

Hi guys.
I am about to finally sand the foam on my KR2SS H/S and elevator.
But considering a slight change and place weights on the elevator tips this
time and not internal as I did last time as per Mark Langford design.
Any photo's out there of the rib spar design on web pages etc, I can find

It should work OK as a VFR reference, but there is a definite difference
between a stock instrument and an 8 degree instrument. In an 8 degree
instrument, the gyro is mounted 8 degrees off the horizon and the horizon is
centered in the instrument at an 8 degree tilt to compensate for the tilt of
Larry,
You might talk to a reputable instrument shop. Some old brain cells tell me
there is significance to the mounting position. Some Army aircraft I
worked on had a tilted platform built between the instrument face and panel
for
proper positioning in the panel.

If it is labeled "Falcon" it is direct from China. They are imported by
Wultrad. Their instruments have a history of poor performance and reliability.
